Monomers and Oligomers for Organic Microelectronics

We provide substituted thiophene and pyrrole-based monomers and oligomers as precursors of organic semiconductors. Such polymeric materials are used as organic semiconductors in microelectronic devices, and some of the oligomers possess powerful biological activities.

We have extensive experience in the chemistry of these compounds and can synthesize derivatives with virtually any substituents ABDEGJLM in any position of the heterocycles, and with any heteroatom XYZ combinations (S, NH, NR, or O) on a custom basis:
